Unfortunately due to abuse and fraud we have been forced to update our Refund Policy as of October 1st 2019.
However, if you feel the service you purchased is not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.
Although we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a full refund within 3 days of your date of purchase.
Refunds after 3 days (72 hours) will not be processed automatically and will be reviewed on case by case basis.
Also, note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 21 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
Once you request a refund you can’t subscribe again to our service for 365 days.
